Art Journal Workshop
Drawing can be used as a therapeutic tool to aid in goal setting, exploring solutions, expressing joy, frustration, anger, or sadness. Artistic expression is a great way to allow your imagination to flow unrestrained, uncontrolled and free allowing the artist to dance to their own tune, while creating their own symphony in an exploration and discovery of self. Drawing can be symbolic to real-life issues, joys and struggles. The creator does not need to be a Vincent van Gogh or limit themselves with the belief and myth that one has to have talent or artistic ability to draw and create; everyone and anyone can draw and enjoy the process of creating.
